This series provides training on install, configure, manage, deploy, secure, and analyze of VMware Infrastructure, which consists of VMware ESX Server and VMware VirtualCenter. Upon completion of this course, students are prepared for the examination to become a VMware Certified Professional. Series consists of INEW 2071 & INEW 2072. Prerequisites: System administration experience on Microsoft Windowsr or Linuxr operating systems.

This course explores installation, configuration, and management of VMware Infrastructure, which consists of VMware ESX Server and VMware VirtualCenter. Upon completion of this course, students are prepared for the examination to become a VMware Certified Professional. Students who complete this course should enroll next in VMware Infrastructure: Deploy, Secure, and Analyze. Prerequisites: System administration experience on Microsoft Windowsr or Linuxr operating systems.

INEW 2072 VMware Infrastructure: Deploy, Secure and Analyze

This course, aimed at experienced VMware Infrastructure administrators, is a continuation of the VMware Infrastructure: Install and Configure course. Upon completion of this course, students are prepared for the examination to become a VMware Certified Professional. The course focuses on ESX rather than ESXi. Prerequisite: Comfort with fundamental Linux commands (such as ls and cp) and a Linux text editor. INEW 2071 VMware Infrastructure: Install and Configure.
