Covers procedures and forms, identification methods, notarizations, journal indexing rules, bonding and insurance discussion, areas of liability, the appointment process and qualification requirements. Legislative update on proposed new laws and new rules enacted by State concerning identification and journal entries. Includes Notary Handbook and law book, as well as distribution of other materials. Excellent training course for new notaries, applicants, or as a refresher for current notaries wanting to keep up with changes recently enacted. Taught by F. Henry Garcia.
