The Microsoft MCTS is for IT professionals who want to demonstrate their expertise maintaining databases by using SQL Server 2005. The MCITP builds on an MCTS prerequisite and is designed for IT professionals who want to demonstrate their expertise in using SQL Server 2005 for Database Administration. Students must be enrolled at least 10 workdays prior to class start to be assured book availability at start of class. This course provides students with the knowledge and skills to implement a Microsoft SQL Server 2005 database. The course focuses on teaching individuals how to use SQL Server 2005 product features and tools related to implementing a database. MOC 2779. Prerequisites: Experience using a Microsoft Windows operating system and an understanding of basic relational database concepts.
