Designed for healthcare professionals who desire to begin teaching healthcare courses. Knowledge of adult learning principles. Discussion of writing objectives based on learning theory and mechanics of conducting a class including course development and classroom preparation. Includes supervision of students in both a classroom and clinical setting as well as effective planning strategies. Discussion of the rules and regulations governing teachers of healthcare students.
