A study of ethical thought and issues facing the criminal justice professional. Topics include constitutional ethics, codes of conduct, and standards of conduct. Integrated with college credit CJSA 1348.

SCWK 1073 Internship I

A work-based learning experience that enables the student to apply specialized occupational theory, skills and concepts. A learning plan is developed by the college and the employer. Each internship meets 192 hours of the TCBADAC 300-hour field-work practicum requirements for Criminal Justice Professional Certificate in the state of Texas. Supervised internship. Students will observe and participate as specified by the on-site supervisor and the ACC internships supervisor. Transportation, insurance and other expenses will be provided by the student. Integrated with college credit SCWK 2486/2487.
