A work-based learning experience that enables the student to apply specialized occupational theory, skills and concepts. A learning plan is developed by the college and the employer. Each internship meets 192 hours of the TCBADAC 300-hour field-work practicum requirements for Criminal Justice Professional Certificate in the state of Texas. Supervised internship. Students will observe and participate as specified by the on-site supervisor and the ACC internships supervisor. Transportation, insurance and other expenses will be provided by the student. Integrated with college credit SCWK 2486.
