Prospective EMT students must attend an online Information Session in order to gain access to the application for that program. Prospective Intermediate through Paramedic students must also complete an online Information Session in order to apply for entry into the program. Optimal application deadline for Fall 2010 seating of the Intermediate course is June 1, 2010, or until all seats are taken for the fall semester.

EMSP 1261 Clinical - Emergency Medical Technology/Technician--Paramedic Clinical I
To be eligible for registration students must complete the following: (1) pass a competency test based on the Williamson County EMS Clinical Operating Guidelines, the exam will be available July 1-8, 2010. (2) Present an AHA Healthcare Provider CPR card, (3) proof of current EMS certification and (4) verification of Tb status (PPD). Items 2 though 4 must be valid through the end of the clinical semester in order for a student to register. Verification of eligibility is through the Clinical Coordinator. Additionally, all students registered in EMSP 1261 must attend MANDATORY clinical orientation and skills verification sessions on August 27 and Sept. 3, 2010.
