Emergency Medical Services Professions

ALL COURSES REQUIRE DEPARTMENTAL APPROVAL FOR REGISTRATION. Certain vaccinations and a criminal background check through ACC’s vendor are required for admission to the program. Prospective EMT Basic students must attend an online Information Session in order to gain access to the application for that program. Prospective Intermediate through Paramedic students must also complete an online Information Session or attend an in-person session in order to apply for entry into the program. For further information visit the department website at www.austincc.edu/health/emsp Application deadline for the summer seating of the Intermediate course work is March 1, 2009 or until all seats are taken for the summer semester.
