HPRS 1273 Pharmacology
This course was formerly called HPRS 2200. This course is designed for Medical Assistants, Dental Hygienists, and Medical Coding students only. This is not for nursing students. Students need to bring proof of Anatomy & Physiology or Human Anatomy (4 hours)prerequisite to the first class meeting or orientation (grade report or unofficial transcript). Check course description for detail. If a student does not have the required prerequisite, they will not be able to take the course. No exceptions.

Bring proof of prerequisites to orientation or the first class meeting (grade report, transcript, math assessment scores). Prereq: Human Anatomy or Human Physiology or Anatomy and Physiology with a minimum grade of C, or pass the Pre-Pharmacology assessment over Anatomy and Physiology BIOL 2404 course objectives AND a Math course above MATD 0330 with a grade of C or better, or TASP/THEA (min. score 230), Compass Math(min. score 39). TASP/THEA exempt students need proof of a Math course or Math Assessment.
