Intermediate course in the phases of game development and publishing. A production-centric course, which includes issues of design documentation, content creation, team roles, group dynamics, risk assessment, people management, and process management. Covers phases of product development: requirements, technical definition, development plan construction, plan management, problem management, process assessment, improvement and quality assurance/test. Also addresses development for personal computers versus console or wireless.
