RADR 1361 Clinical - Radiologic Technology/Science - Radiographer II
A method of instruction providing detailed education, training and work-based experience, and direct patient/client care, generally at a clinical site. Specific detailed learning objectives are developed for each course by the faculty. On-site clinical instruction, supervision, evaluation, and placement is the responsibility of the college faculty. Clinical experiences are unpaid external learning experiences. Course may be repeated if topics and learning outcomes vary. Offered in summer semester. Prerequisite: RADR 1360 or Department Chair approval.

RADR 2213 Radiation Biology and Protection
A study of the effects of radiation exposure on biological systems, typical medical exposure levels, methods for measuring and monitoring radiation, and methods for protecting personnel and patients from excessive exposure. Offered in summer semester.

RADR 2240 Sectional Anatomy for Medical Imaging
In-depth coverage of anatomic relationships that are present under various sectional orientations as depicted by computed tomography or magnetic resonance imaging.

RADR 2335 Radiologic Technology Seminar
This is a capstone course focusing on the synthesis of professional knowledge, skills, and attitudes in preparation for professional employment and lifelong learning. Offered in summer semester.

RADR 2362 Clinical - Radiologic Technology/Science - Radiographer V
