A study of hypertext mark-up language (HTML & XHTML), CSS, and layout techniques for the creation of engaging, and well designed web pages. The following is a general list of the topics that will be covered in the course: HTML, XHTML, CSS, Web page construction, image optimization, Web standards, forms, and interface design. Students will work in the Dreamweaver (current version) environment to manage their Web projects.
In addition to purchasing the course text, and registration and course fees, students will be required to purchase hosting services with a recommended hosting company. Students will also cover advanced topics such as particle and volumetric effects, and setting up a model with weight maps, hierarchies, bones, and constraints.

Emphasis on preparation and enhancement of portfolio to meet professional standards, professional organizations, presentation skills, and job-seeking techniques.
