Job Purpose

To support the human resource department by providing data entry and other clerical assistance.

Description of Duties and Tasks

Essential duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  1. Composes and distributes correspondence and other written documents or reports.
  2. Assists internal or external customers by responding to inquiries and/or providing information.
  3. Prepares and prints reports.
  4. Gathers information and reviews for accuracy.
  5. May create and post job vacancies, prepare job offer packets, and track paperwork.
  6. May prepare handouts for new hire orientation and assist in presenting orientation.
