2008-2009 Clubs and Organizations Application and Renewal Packet

Form Purpose: The Application/Renewal Packet is used by student clubs and organizations to obtain college-wide recognized status.
Format: PDF (fillable and printable from this web site)
Administrative Rule and/or Procedures: This form is submitted via email to the Student Life C+O coordinator. A constitution and bylaws must also accompany the packet. Approval is granted by the Student Life director after review of all submitted paperwork. Upon approval, each group will be notified of recognized status.
