Application for a COMPASS Fee Waiver | | Form Purpose: | This form is used to allow high school students to waive the COMPASS fee. | | Format: | PDF (fillable and printable from this web site) | | Administrative Rule and/or Procedures: | This form is used by students who want to enroll for ACC classes while they are still in high school whose test scores indicate they must take the COMPASS. Students must obtain this form from their high school counselors. This form can be used to waive COMPASS testing fees ONE time. If a student chooses to re-take any section(s) of the test, the appropriate fee will be charged.
