Form Purpose:	Please use this form for all in-kind gifts given to your department, and return it to the ACC Foundation at the Highland Business Center.

Administrative Rule and/or Procedures:	Faculty or employees should determine that the donation is appropriate for their program. The donor is responsibile for providing the value of the non-cash item.
