BMGT 1371 - Sustainable/Green Business: Principles, Practices, Opportunities (3-3-0)
A study of sustainability and its implications for business. Students will learn the basic principles that define sustainable practices and will be able to relate these to current global concerns. Additionally, they will learn and use a conceptual framework to complete a group project based upon a sustainable business exercise. Finally, students will explore business and career opportunities related to sustainability.

BMGT 2389 - Internship - Business Administration and Management, General II (3-0-18)
Students will be employed at least 20 hours per week performing management duties. These duties will normally be at a higher level than those performed in BMGT 2388 or in a functional area of management. The studentís internship objectives and project will be established by the instructor and employer supervisor. If this course is taken as the capstone course for the AAS in Management degree an additional nine hours of courses must be taken in one or more of the following departments: Management, Marketing, and Finance. The student is required to attend the weekly one-hour seminar and discussion class. Progress and final reports are required. This course may be taken as the capstone course for the Associate of Applied Science degree in Management.

Topics address recently identified current events, skills, knowledge, and/or attitudes and behaviors pertinent to the technology or occupation and relevant to the professional development of the student. This course was designed to be repeated multiple times to improve student proficiency.
 
 International Study Tour - Course is held for one week in a foreign country. Students are introduced to the management practices, culture, and language of the destination country through business tours, seminars, and museum visits. Seminars are conducted at a host educational institution in the destination country. TRAVEL EXPENSES ARE INCLUDED IN COURSE FEES AND VARY BASED ON DESTINATION. Course may be repeated for credit up to two times as destination varies. Minimum age is 18.
