A study of manual travel agency operations and basic hands-on computerized reservations techniques in manual travel agency operations; emphasis on making air, hotel, tour, and cruise reservations, writing itineraries, reading and interpreting brochures, and ticketing rules, credit card sales, ticket refunds, exchanges, and reissues. Topics include building a simple passenger name record on an airline computer reservation system, accessing availability and miscellaneous related information.
