HKN 1601.11 AQUA FITNESS (1-1-2). A water aerobics class incorporating a warm up, cardio-respiratory conditioning, a muscle strengthening segment, and a cool down. The buoyancy of the water lessens the stress and impact of exercise on the joints while providing resistance which tones and conditions the muscles and cardiovascular system.
