AUT 1134 SMALL ENGINE ELECTRICAL SYSTEMS (4-3-3). Theory of operation and test procedures and equipment used in the diagnosis and repair of the various circuits which make up a small engine electrical system. An introductory course in tune up procedures for both two and four stroke outboard motors including analysis, valve train, ignition, fuel, cooling, and drive systems service. AUT 2134 AUTOMOTIVE INTERNSHIP (4-1-15).
Under the limited supervision of the Automotive faculty and Automotive staff, the student will combine both theory and practice by working on training assignment in his or her chosen area of study. Student will work a minimum of the hours per week corresponding to the credit agreement and complete job related to learning objectives.

AUT 2324 MOTORCYCLE TWO STROKE ENGINE/TRANSMISSION (4-3-3). Overhaul procedures for two stroke motorcycle engines and transmissions. Emphasis on proper shop procedures for servicing the piston, cyclinder, crankshaft assembly, and transmission during the course of an overhaul.
