CHIN 1512 CHINESE II (5-5-0). Continuation of CHIN 1511 with more advanced conversation, basic writing, listening and reading comprehension, vocabulary building, grammar, and culture. Skills: E Prerequisites: Students must have completed a first semester college Chinese course of at least four semester hours with a grade of C or better, or have equivalent credit by examination to enroll in CHIN 1512. CHIN 2311 CHINESE III (3-3-0). Advanced Chinese grammar, directed composition, conversation and discussion of culture based on readings. Skills: E Prerequisites: Students must have completed a second semester college Chinese course of at least four semester hours with a grade of C or better, or have equivalent credit by examination to enroll in CHIN 2311.
