FY 2002 Degree Plan

Anthropology

ANTHROPOLOGY
Associate of Arts

The Associate of Arts degree in Anthropology provides students with the first two years of coursework towards a Bachelor of Arts degree in anthropology, preparing them for transfer to an institution that grants a baccalaureate degree. This degree plan offers a broad background of liberal arts courses transferable to a four year institution, focusing on the cultural and biological diversity of the human species.

Students who plan to transfer to an institution that grants a baccalaureate degree to continue their study of anthropology should refer to the catalog of that institution for their degree requirements and consult with an ACC instructor of anthropology.
