DCSO 1272 TECHNIQUES OF ADULT CARDIAC SONOGRAPHY (2-0-8). This course will introduce the student to scanning techniques, scan protocols and procedures within the laboratory setting utilizing live scanning and/or simulator experience. In this course, the student is taught cardiovascular anatomy and physiology, including hemodynamics and spatial relationships, of the adult heart.
