+ Prerequisites: See Course Descriptions
1 Students should consult with a full­time mathematics instructor since one or more mathematics courses may be required before enrolling in MATH 2413.
10 Students are encouraged to choose electives to fulfill the Core Curriculum requirements. These include one additional Humanities course, one Visual/Peforming Arts course, and one additional Social and Behavioral Sciences course.
2 Course must be chosen from the Core Curriculum.
3 Or any ENGL course which will satisfy the legislative requirement; consult English department.
4 Or any HIST course which will satisfy the legislative requirement; consult History department.
5 Students lacking one full year of (recent) high school physics should take PHYS 1401/1402 or PHY 1653 before enrolling in PHYS 2425. All students must complete MATH 2413 before enrolling in PHYS 2425.
6 Students must select from the Visual and Performing Arts portion of the Core Curriculum. (see the Catalog Index)
7 Credit for PHYS 2425 and credit or concurrent enrollment in MATH 2415 are strictly required prerequisites for ENGR 2401.
8 Credit for PHYS 2425 and credit for MATH 2414 are strictly required prerequisites for PHYS 2426.
9 Select from this approved list the course that best matches the degree requirements at the four­year engineering school of your choice: ENR 2424, ENR 2434, MTH 2254, CHEM 1412, DFTG 1405 or 4 credit hours of COIS/COSC programming languages.
