FREN 1300 FRENCH CONVERSATION (3-3-0). The primary objective of the course is to develop the student's competency in communicating through the spoken medium. Class time will be spent in simple conversation and discussion of material read outside class. Emphasis will be on idiomatic expressions used in daily speech, pronunciation, and vocabulary building.
