Associate of Arts Degree

The Associate of Arts degree in geography is intended to provide students with the first two years of geography and an introduction to field work in geography, in addition to a broad selection of liberal arts courses transferable to a four­year institution.

5 Select from Humanities in the Core Curriculum Course List.
6 BIOL 2206 is to be taken with BIOL 2106 or the student may also substitute a course from Natural Science section of the Core Curriculum Course list.
7 Select from Visual and Performing Arts in the Core Curriculum Course List.
8 Students may substitute a course from Natural Sciences in the Core Curriculum Course List.
9 SPCH 1315 may be substituted for SPCH 1311.
